1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DriveRight ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
DriveRight provides a customer relationship management (CRM) and vehicle listing platform for car dealerships and related businesses, including inventory management, marketplace listings, AI-assisted insights (June AI), and payment processing via third-party providers (e.g. Paystack).
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration and business information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Nigerian law
- Not misuse the Platform to harm others or violate any third-party rights
4. Payment Terms
Subscription and one-time payments are processed by Paystack. You agree to their terms and to pay all fees applicable to your chosen plan. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and Paystack's rules.
5. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and applicable regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or for other reasons. You may cancel your account and subscription in accordance with your plan and our cancellation policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
